1. Cancellation Windows & Fees

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation fee structure depends on how far in advance you notify us:
Cancellation Timeline Refund Eligibility
7 days or more before scheduled arrival Full Refund (minus minimal banking/gateway processing fees)
3 to 6 days before scheduled arrival 50% Refund of the advance payment
Less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival No Refund (100% cancellation fee applies)

2. Same-Day Cancellation

Policy:

Same-day cancellations (defined as cancellations made on the day of the scheduled arrival or service) are strictly non-refundable.

No-Shows:

If a guest fails to arrive without prior written cancellation, it will be treated as a “No-Show,” and the entire advance payment will be forfeited.

3. Car Booking Cancellation Rules

If you have booked transportation or car rental services through Rimaak Hospitality, the following dedicated rules apply:

Cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup Full refund / 10% administration charge
Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup The advance paid for the vehicle rental is completely non-refundable

4. Refund Processing Time

Mode of Refund:

Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during the booking.

Timeline:

Once a refund is approved and initiated by our finance team, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
