1. Booking Process

• Online Bookings: Reservations can be made directly through our website, official mobile applications, or authorized third-party platforms.
• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the system generates a unique Booking Confirmation ID and sends it to your registered email address/phone number.
• Identity Verification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License) upon check-in or service utilization.

2. Advance Payment Policy

• Securing Bookings: To secure your reservation (room stay, event space, or specialized package), an advance payment of 50% / 100% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking.
• Peak Seasons: For bookings during peak seasons, holidays, or special events, Rimark Hospitality reserves the right to demand a 100% non-refundable advance payment.

3. Service Timings

To ensure a seamless experience for all our patrons, guests are requested to strictly adhere to our standard operational timelines:

• Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Dining/Room Service Hours: Available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Note: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Rules & Code of Conduct

• Right to Admission: Rimark Hospitality reserves the absolute right to admission.
• Illegal Activities: Possession or consumption of illegal substances, weapons, or engaging in unlawful activities on the property premises is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
• Property Damage: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay/event.
• Visitors Policy: External visitors are allowed only in common areas and designated meeting spaces. Visitors are generally not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM for safety and security reasons.
